Return & Exchange Policy

At Ward Al Yasmine, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that purchasing jewellery is a special decision, and we aim to make your experience smooth and worry-free. This Return & Exchange Policy applies to both our online store and physical retail outlet.

1. Return Window

  • We offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of purchase (in-store) or from the date of delivery (online orders).
  • Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original invoice/receipt must be provided
  • Product must include original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable)
  • No signs of damage, alteration, or wear

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and value protection reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or engraved jewellery
  • Bridal sets and special made-to-order items
  • Items purchased during sale, promotion, or clearance
  • Earrings and piercing-related items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards or vouchers

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days, subject to product availability.
  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
  • If the exchanged item is of lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit only.

5. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Online payment refunds may take 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
  • Cash refunds for in-store purchases are subject to management approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Online Orders – Return Process

To request a return for an online order:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

7. In-Store Purchases – Return Process

  • Items purchased from our physical store must be returned in person within 7 days.
  • Original receipt is mandatory.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

9. Store Credit

  • Store credits, if issued, are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

10. Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if:

  • Policy conditions are not met
  • Items show signs of use or damage
  • The return request exceeds the 7-day window
